Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in machine operating, setup and troubleshooting preferred.
• Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills; complete orientation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Review setup sheets and product codes to determine what is manufactured and the material requirements.
• Set up and run product on ILA, large extruders (2 and 3 inch), strander, filler and rework lines as needed.
• Print to cables accurately using jet and mechanical printers.
• Fill, empty and monitor material dryers.
• Operate the rework line for reworks and remakes, including washing, reprinting and respooling.
• Complete all documentation specific to the job functions.
