The role requires a high school diploma or GED with at least six months of related experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read the setup sheet and determine product, machine adjustments, and material requirements.
• Set up, run, and monitor the 1 ¼” extrusion line for all products.
• Inspect products and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Complete documentation for this job function.
• Clean equipment to prevent contamination.
• Identify defects and assist in problem solving; file non-conformity paperwork as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
