Large Animal - Client Service Representative (Temporary)

Job Location: Raleigh, NC

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5 pm)

Salary: $18.27 - $19.81

Essential Job Duties

Client Services Representative needed to greet and check in clients, manage in-person and phone inquiries, respond accurately and empathetically to complex questions, and clearly explain hospital policy, estimate costs, and deposit requirements. Update medical records by scanning in appropriate documentation. Collect and post all forms of payments.

Requirements and Preferences

Minimum Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, one year of related office experience, large animal experience

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, one year of related office experience, large animal experience

Required License or Certification: n/a

Valid NC Driver's License required? No

Commercial Driver's License Required? No

Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, faculty, and staff in demanding situations.
