Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to maintain and optimize floor displays across retail locations. You will partner with sales to support promotions and new product launches, and travel within the territory to ensure standards are met.

This role requires hands-on merchandising, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in merchandising or retail, a good understanding of flooring products, and excellent teamwork and

• 2+ years of merchandising or retail experience (flooring or home improvement preferred).
• Strong understanding of flooring products and installation basics is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move flooring samples and display materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting; excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visually appealing and organized flooring displays across retail locations
• Ensure all product samples, racks, and signage are current, clean, and accurately labeled
• Partner with sales teams to support promotions, product launches, and merchandising strategies
• Analyze sales trends and recommend adjustments to product placement and assortment
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Coordinate with Territory Managers on sample updates and new product introductions

Key Responsibilities:
