Tutor Me Education LLC is seeking experienced Language & Reading Tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. Join a fully remote team with flexible scheduling and the ability to set your hourly rate, delivering tailored lessons to support literacy goals.

As part of our program, you’ll create structured lessons aligned to standards, track student progress, and communicate with families and school partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing and keeping students engaged online.

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced Language & Reading Tutors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. If you're passionate about supporting students — and you want the flexibility to build a schedule around your life — we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's reading level, literacy goals, and unique learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans focused on core literacy components (such as phonics, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension, or essay writing) that align with grade-level standards and student needs.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, decoding challenges, and comprehension building blocks to foster confidence and a love for reading.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with families and, where applicable, school district partners regarding reading growth and language milestones.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace
• Preferred (not required): Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
