Job summary

Tutor Me Education is seeking experienced Career & Technical Education Instructors to provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students nationwide. You’ll work fully remotely, set your own schedule, and negotiate hourly rates based on scope of work.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging virtual lessons, creating structured plans aligned to standards, and tracking student progress while coordinating with families and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have education needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills—comfortable with video conferencing and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn, and we're looking for experienced for experiencedCareer & Technical Education (CTE) Instructorsto provide 1:1 and small group virtual instruction to students across the country. What you'll do:

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's career pathway, technical skill level, and unique learning profile.
• Create structured lesson plans that align with career cluster standards, workforce readiness goals, and preparation for relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on student engagement, project-based milestones, and practical troubleshooting, bringing real-world industry context into the virtual classroom.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with families, schools, or vocational program coordinators regarding skill mastery, portfolio development, and career readiness.
