Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience implementing and leading professional development in literacy instruction.

Responsibilities

• Support, develop, and coach language teachers on content knowledge and skills for effective teaching and learning.
• Collect and analyze local school data to plan support aligned to school goals.
• Lead Collaborative Learning Teams (CLT) planning and facilitation to build CLT capacity.
