Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server in the United States for an energetic entertainment center. You will interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and provide exceptional service that encourages guests to return.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 and have 2 years of related experience with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Perks include free bowling, $1 arcade play, and significant food and beverage discounts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
