Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is a premier entertainment destination offering bowling, arcades, and dining experiences across North America.

We are hiring a Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, upsell center experiences, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This part-time role includes evening and night shifts, weekend availability, and must meet state age requirements for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
