Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is seeking a part-time Lane Server to join our entertainment center in Cape Coral. You will take and deliver food and beverages, learn promotions, and upsell the center experience while ensuring guests have an exceptional visit.

Great interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest service are essential. Evening and night shifts with a weekend availability are typical, and all applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the position.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in a service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest service.
• Must meet minimum age required to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely and assist with questions or issues.
• Help keep the center clean and set up/stock your work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
