Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to join our vibrant entertainment centers. You will interact with guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and help provide an exceptional guest experience that keeps guests returning.

Candidates should be team-oriented with a strong focus on guest service and a willingness to learn menu promotions. Evening and night shifts, weekend availability, and a part-time schedule are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
