Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to engage guests, take orders, and provide outstanding service in our entertainment centers. You will learn the menu, promotions, and specials, relay them to guests, and check back to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
