Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server for our center in Kentucky. You’ll interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and provide exceptional service in a team-driven environment.

We require 2 years of related experience and strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction. This is a part-time role with evening and night shifts, including weekends, at one Kentucky location.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
