Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional service in a lively, entertainment‑center setting.

You will learn our menu, promotions, and specials, relay them to guests, upsell center experiences, and help keep the venue clean while supporting a team‑oriented environment.

This part‑time role requires 18+ age, 2 years of related experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to great guest service.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience
• HS Diploma (Optional)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• A commitment to great guest service
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
