Job summary

Lexus of Naperville is seeking an entry-level Lane Attendant/Greeter to welcome guests and help move vehicle traffic through the service drive. You will learn our processes, assist the service team, and provide a world-class experience with a positive attitude.

The position offers full-time hours with weekday shifts and a Saturday requirement; Sundays are closed. Training is provided, and advancement from within is encouraged.

Lexus of Naperville is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Team! As a Lane Attendant/Greeter you will be an integral part of our process, helping guests as they come in to have their vehicle serviced. You will be keeping vehicle traffic moving efficiently, directing guests on where to go, and ensuring each guest has a world-class experience during their visit. You’ll get to work in a state-of-the‑art facility focused on comfort and convenience, and with a great crew of motivated and supportive team members. No experience necessary, we will teach you all you need to know about the vehicles and our business. You bring a great attitude and we’ll provide the rest! The position is full time, Saturday availability is a must, but the dealership is closed every Sunday. This is an entry level position and we love to promote from within, so this is a great way to get into the automotive business!

This shift will work for weekdays from 11:00am-8:00pm (Winter 10:00am-7:00pm) and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
