Job summary

Lexus of Naperville is looking for a friendly Greeter/Café Barista to join our team. No experience is required as training will be provided, making it ideal for local students and retirees.

Four weekdays and Saturdays are required, with one weekday and Sunday off; open availability is helpful. The position offers $16.00 per hour with room for growth, plus a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401K match.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions
• Take orders and prepare coffee and other beverages in the café
• Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
• Assist with stocking and restocking café supplies
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

YOU WILL:
- Welcome customers to the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude

- Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee and other beverages in the café
- Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
- Assist with stocking and restocking café supplies
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide additional support to other departments as needed

YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and/or food and beverage service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
