Job summary

The Grounds Guys Of Frisco is seeking a Landscaping Team Member to be the boots-on-ground specialist delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and lawn care services. You’ll support customers and the team while performing daily duties outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to train within six months if needed, with a pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• If no experience, willing to complete training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee – boots on the ground delivering exceptional landscape maintenance.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks and other lawn-care duties as needed.
• Work outdoors in all weather, perform physically demanding work, and lift 35–80 lbs regularly.
• Ensure tasks are wrapped up and ready for the next day.
