Job summary

The Grounds Guys Of Frisco is looking for a Maintenance Team Member to join our team. You’ll be the boots on the ground, performing landscape maintenance with high-quality service, including mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, pruning, and weed control.

This role requires outdoor work in all weather, the ability to lift 35–80 pounds, and a commitment to friendly, professional customer interactions. Prior landscaping experience is preferred; if you lack it, training is offered within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee – you are the boots on the ground and provide exceptional care.
• Perform basic landscape maintenance tasks at high quality and service levels, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions, performing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35–80 pounds often.
• Wrap up duties and prepare for the next day.
