Job summary

The Grounds Guys Of Frisco is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to join our team. You’ll be the boots on the ground, handling basic landscape maintenance tasks with high quality and service.

You must be able to work outdoors in all weather, perform physical work, and help prepare the next day’s schedule. You’ll join a committed team focused on delivering exceptional customer care and community service, and you may grow into higher-level roles as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning as part of landscape maintenance.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks.
• Wrap up daily tasks and prep for the next day.
