Job summary

The Grounds Guys Of Frisco is hiring a Maintenance Team Member to deliver top-tier lawn care and landscaping services. You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground expert ensuring quality work and strong customer satisfaction.

The role involves outdoor, weather-dependent tasks and a path to higher-level positions as the company grows. We seek candidates with landscaping or lawn service experience, a willingness to train within 6 months, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks (35–80 lbs).

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and perform physically demanding tasks, lifting 35–80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee – boots on the ground providing exceptional care.
• Perform mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning as part of landscape maintenance.
• Work outdoors in all weather, be physically able to lift 35–80 pounds, and prep for the next day.
• Maintain high quality and service delivery to meet customer expectations.
