DTK Landscaping is seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead and support our landscaping production managers and crews. You’ll hire, train, and help our teams work more efficiently and safely, ensuring smooth operations as we grow.

This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on safety. The position involves coordinating schedules, timesheets, and reports, while using Aspire Landscape Management Software to drive productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, operations, or managing field teams.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to solve problems and stay organized.
• Familiarity with Aspire or similar software is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train production managers to lead landscaping crews.
• Schedule, timesheets, work tickets, and overtime management.
• Daily use of Aspire Landscape Management Software.
• Review and submit reports, time sheets, and weekly operations documents.
• Resolve day-to-day issues like rescheduling, quality control, customer concerns, and equipment problems.
• Train crews on using Aspire landscape management app for clocking in and out.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Landscaping on team and operational needs.
• Schedule truck, trailer, and equipment repairs as needed.
• Know the details of each landscaping account and its scope of work.
• Lead safety trainings and ensure crews follow safety rules in the field.
