About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing landscape team! No prior experience is necessary - we'll train you! In this entry-level Crew Member – Landscaping position, you'll work alongside a supportive team to learn the skills and techniques needed to create beautiful outdoor spaces.

What You Will Do:

• Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting.
• Maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds through pruning, watering, and fertilizing.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repairing minor issues.
• Collect and dispose of debris, litter, and organic waste to maintain clean and inviting public spaces.
• Apply mulch, seed, and other materials to enhance landscape aesthetics.
• Power wash, rake, and perform other general maintenance activities as needed.
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and report any malfunctions or damage.
• Follow proper procedures for storing and handling equipment and materials.
• Work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Follow directions from supervisors and field leaders to meet project requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with coworkers and the public.

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience is required.
• A clean MVR is required.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment (training provided for entry-level candidates).
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 hourly, depending on experience.
