Qualifications

• Minimum two years professional landscape maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State Technician and/or Applicator license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules and follow job specifications including materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within guidelines and timeframe.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled following proper horticultural practices.
• Inspect each job site weekly and maintain punch lists with manager guidance.
• Identify improvements to processes, efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with onsite clients as outlined in the communication plan.
