• Maintain gardens and lawns
• Including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding
• Water plants and lawns and adds fertilizer as needed
• Handle heavy equipment, objects or furniture
• Identify and report possible repairs
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
• Reliable transportation
