Job summary

SeeScan LLC is seeking a landscape technician to maintain the health and appearance of our facilities’ grounds at the Kearny Mesa site. This full-time, onsite role offers pay of $23/hour or more, depending on experience, and includes benefits.

The candidate will manage mowing, pruning, weed control, irrigation, and general landscape upkeep while operating landscaping equipment and tools. English proficiency and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ related experience in facility grounds maintenance.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, exterior buildings, and landscape.
• Maintain proper care of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain irrigation control valves and wirings.
• Help with fertilizing, trimming, pruning, mowing, edging, and weed control.
• Pick up trash and wash exterior areas.
• Remove and/or replace any dead or dying plants, flowers, or shrubs.
• Operate gas and electric carts, forklift and other landscaping equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
