Job summary

SeeScan LLC is seeking a Facilities Support team member to maintain a safe, clean environment and support meeting setups. The full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 12:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m. in Kearny Mesa. Pay is $20-$23 per hour.

Primary duties include cleaning offices, break rooms, restrooms, and windows; reporting safety issues and inventory needs; and coordinating with staff to ensure a productive workspace. No relocation or visa sponsorships.

Qualifications

• One year of commercial cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards.
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs. (team lift for heavier items)

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, including vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash.
• Clean break room and surrounding areas, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Clean windows and mirrors as needed.
• Report safety issues, repair needs, and any other facility deficiencies to supervisor.
• Monitor the inventory of janitorial, office and conference supplies and report supplies needed to supervisor.
• Close buildings and set alarm.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all department staff and other SeeScan employees.

Job description

SeeScan is looking for a Facilities Support team member to join our Facilities department. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe, orderly, and clean working environment. As needed, you will also help set up a productive environment for office meetings and functions.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., fully onsite in Kearny Mesa. This position pays $20-$23/hour.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, including vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash
• Clean break room and surrounding areas, including sweeping, mopping, and garbage removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms

• Empty trash cans and replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessaryReport safety issues, repair needs, and any other facility deficiencies to supervisor
• Monitor the inventory of janitorial, office and conference supplies and report supplies needed to supervisor
• Close buildings and set alarm
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all department staff and other SeeScan employees
