Job summary

Pulama Lanai is seeking a capable landscaper/groundskeeper to maintain and beautify parks and city grounds on Lanai. The role involves operating non-riding mowers, weed whackers, and assisting with irrigation hookups, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Union position with 1 opening and a pay rate of $17.78 per hour, non-exempt. Reports to Landscaping/Nursery Supervisors and Lead Workers. Join a team dedicated to island stewardship while meeting community standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Landscaping and/or Groundskeeping experience preferred.

Works with various hand tools, such as hand trowels; garden shears; hand weeders; hedge trimmers; etc. Performs other work (lifting, picking up rubbish or debris, irrigating, etc.). Operates non-riding mowers and weed whacker and does general PVC irrigation pipe connections and repairs.
