Job summary

T.W. Hallett Landscaping is hiring for a full-time position in Rochester Hills, MI. The role involves maintenance, pruning, lawn care, and landscaping install tasks across properties in Oakland County. Expect 40 hours per week, with early start times and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunity for commensurate pay based on experience. On‑the‑job training is provided, and drivers must have a valid license.

Job Details

Location: 2600 Crooks Rd. suite 2 Rochester Hills MI 48309

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour entry level, with commensurate pay based on experience. Pay: From $18.00 per hour.

Schedule: Full-time. Monday–Friday (Saturdays as needed). Start time 7:30 AM. Expected hours: 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance

• Maintain landscape beds and gardens
• Pruning
• Trimming
• Backpack blowing
• Plant flowers and seasonal annuals
• Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall)
• Pick up debris including leaves, sticks, and trash

Key Responsibilities – Lawn Services

• General lawn care and maintenance
• Operate zero‑turn and walk‑behind machines
• Weed whipping
• Backpack blowing
• Edging

Key Responsibilities – Landscaping Install

• Transform outdoor spaces according to design plans
• Hand digging
• Machine excavation
• Grade soil
• Plant trees, shrubs and flowers
• Install sod
• Install mulch
• Install and/or correct drainage
• Prepare space for hardscape

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications
