Qualifications

• Experience operating tractors in grounds maintenance.
• 1–2 years tractor experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate full-size tractors for mowing and turf care.
• Use tractor-mounted spreader to apply lime, fertilizer, and seeds.
• Perform large-scale mowing of assigned areas.
• Report tree, shrub, and grass abnormalities.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tractors and attachments.
• Report needed repairs or maintenance on tractors.
• Plow snow as required.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain lawn per contract specifications.
• Perform other landscape-related tasks as needed.
