Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Riverside, CA is seeking a Landscaper I to provide landscape maintenance support across properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, and assist with plant material upkeep.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, pruning, bed maintenance, trash pickup, and routine equipment maintenance. You must be 18+, capable of lifting 40 lbs, and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, edger, trimmer, mower).
• Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers, trim and edge with gas-powered tools.
• Prune shrubs and low trees and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Trash collection and leaf blowing; mulch leaves and debris.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Work with guests in a polite, responsive manner and report hazards.
