Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Landscaper II to provide landscape maintenance for diverse properties. You will perform tasks with minimal supervision and help operate commercial equipment while caring for plant material and landscaping features.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, planting, soil preparation, weed control, and debris cleanup. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely work with landscaping equipment such as power saws and cutters.
• Certified on level 2 equipment for specified tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute work per site details and client requests.
• Cut turf with mowers; trim, edge, and operate blower.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to maintain shape.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds; prepare soil and color.
• Operate edger/line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Weed control and debris cleanup; mulch as needed.
• Assist Crew Leader with inspections and basic repairs.
• Maintain safety and quality while working outdoors.

Education

At least 18 years old

Enthusiastic and dependable

Ability to safely operate equipment (power saws, cutters)

Certified on level 2 equipment: hedge/trim/pruners/blower/mower
