Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper II to support landscape maintenance across diverse properties. The role requires performing duties with minimal supervision, operating commercial landscaping equipment, and maintaining plant material to meet client specifications.

You will work on varied sites, follow safety protocols, and assist Crew Leader with inspections and routine maintenance. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential for success in this hands-on field.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (saws, cutters, mowers, etc.).
• Certified on level 2 equipment (extend hedge, trimmer, extending pruners, blowers, mowers).

Responsibilities

• Execute work according to site details and client requests.
• Cut turf with power mowers, trim and edge with edger/trimmer, operate blower.
• Prune shrubs and low trees to improve shape or remove damaged branches.
• Plant and maintain flower beds and seasonal color.
• Prepare soil and mulch leaves; maintain weed control methods.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Assist crew members and Crew Leader with inspections and safety checks.
• Perform basic maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Maintain a polite, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
• Communicate quality concerns proactively.
