Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is looking for a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across diverse properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial landscaping equipment safely, and help care for plants and features.

The role involves physical outdoor work, teamwork with crew, and adhering to safety standards. Candidates must be 18+, possess basic horticultural knowledge, and be prepared for varying weather and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform outdoor labor in various weather.
• Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, edger, trimmer, mower).

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and edge with gas-powered tools.
• Prune shrubs and low trees as needed.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edging and trimming equipment along sidewalks and beds.
• Report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader.
• Maintain a polite and responsive demeanor with guests.
