Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Gainesville, FL is hiring Full-Time Install Techs to transform outdoor spaces. If you enjoy physical work and taking pride in property improvement, this role could be for you.

You will install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials, assist with site prep, grading, and cleanup while safely operating tools. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to perform heavy outdoor labor in Florida heat.
• Dependable transportation to Gainesville shop for early mornings.
• Experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading, or outdoor construction.

Responsibilities

• Install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials.
• Assist with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping, and cleanup.
• Operate wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment, and hand tools safely.
• Work with Crew Leader to complete residential and commercial projects on schedule.
