Job summary

Masters Lawn Care, Inc. is seeking Full-Time Install Techs in St. Augustine, FL. You will install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch and other landscape materials on residential and commercial sites.

The role requires physical stamina and reliable transportation for early morning shop drop-offs. We offer steady hours, modern gear, and a culture that respects hard work. Pay starts at $18.00–$21.00/hr with project bonuses, plus health/life insurance and IRA company match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Comfort performing heavy physical labor outdoors in Florida heat (lifting 50+ lbs).
• Dependable transportation to Gainesville shop for early morning rollout.
• Prior experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, grading or outdoor construction preferred, but training available.

Responsibilities

• Install trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, rock and landscape materials.
• Assist with site prep, grading, digging, bed shaping and cleanup tasks.
• Operate tools and machinery safely (wheelbarrows, trenchers, power equipment).
• Work with Crew Leader to complete residential and commercial projects on schedule.
