Job summary

The Master’s Lawn & Pest in Gainesville, FL is hiring for a full-time lawn technician. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour, with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on team performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License: a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record required.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable working 8-10 hours outside in Florida weather.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to our shop by 7 AM rollout.
• Experience: Prior lawn care experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers) is required.

Responsibilities

• Operating commercial lawn equipment.
• Mowing, trimming, edging, and detail maintenance on residential & commercial properties.
• Working efficiently with your crew leader to maintain high standards.
• Keeping equipment and company trucks clean, organized, and ready for work.
