Job summary

The Master's Lawn & Pest in St. Augustine, FL is seeking an experienced Crew Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead a small crew, operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment, and ensure high-quality results on both residential and commercial properties.

Base pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00+ per hour with quarterly profit-sharing bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, a 3% IRA match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record.
• 1+ years lawn maintenance with zero-turns, stand-on mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Proven track record of leading a 2–3 person crew and managing daily route pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and drive the crew truck/trailer.
• Maintain quality standards on residential and commercial properties.
• Care for trucks, trailers, and power equipment.
• Represent The Master’s professionally when interacting with homeowners and managers.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid FL Driver’s License: Clean driving record required to drive company trucks & trailers.
• Lawn Maintenance Experience: 1+ years operating commercial zero-turns, stand-on mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Leadership Ability: Proven track record of running a 2–3 person crew, managing daily route pace, and maintaining quality standards.
• Weather Stamina: Ability to lead outdoor crews 8–10 hours a day in Florida conditions.
