PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $22.00

Position Overview

Supports daily construction and maintenance operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Essential Duties

• Perform lawn and plant care including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching
• Complete tasks efficiently, thoroughly, and according to company standards
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and properly
• Use basic tools such as shovels, rakes, spades, and wheelbarrows safely
• Follow project plans and guidelines
• Ensure installation of lawns, plants, and masonry meets standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work site and proper equipment care
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions
• Promote safety and environmental practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 1 year landscape industry experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work effectively in a team
