Mmc-Land-Management- in Gibsonia, PA 15044 is seeking a Landscape Team Member to help maintain commercial outdoor spaces through lawn care, planting, and seasonal cleanups. No prior landscaping experience is required; hands-on training and a supportive team environment help you build your skills.

You will be responsible for operating hand tools and power equipment, coordinating with teammates, and adapting to varying weather conditions while delivering quality work to clients.

• Able to perform physically active outdoor work in varying weather conditions, including lifting and moving landscaping equipment and materials as needed.

• Maintain commercial lawns and landscape beds by mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance client properties.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep outdoor spaces neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Safely operate landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws.
• Work with teammates to complete daily tasks efficiently, safely, and to client expectations in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
