Job summary

Mmc-Land-Management- in Robinson Township, PA is seeking a Landscape Team Member to maintain and enhance commercial lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces through mowing, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups. This physically active role offers hands-on training and growth within a safety‑minded team.

Responsibilities include mowing, planting, seasonal cleanups, irrigation checks, and safe use of hand tools and power equipment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to collaborate with a landscaping team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and performing physically active work (lifting/moving).
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Robinson Township, PA.
• Landscaping experience (mowing/edging/pruning) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial landscapes by mowing, edging, trimming, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Perform seasonal cleanups to keep client properties tidy and visually appealing.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Use landscaping hand tools and power equipment safely (shovels, rakes, trimmers, saws).
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks, follow safety practices, and meet client expectations in varying weather.
