Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and landscapes at residential and commercial properties.
• Mow, trim, edge, blow, and clean debris regularly.
• Perform seasonal maintenance such as mulching and pruning.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely.
• Install mulch, plants, sod, and other landscape materials as directed.
• Load/unload trucks, organize tools and materials on site.
• Support with basic equipment maintenance and fueling.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.

Join a supportive, team-oriented crew as a Landscape Maintenance Technician, helping keep residential and commercial properties healthy, attractive, and safe. In this hands‑on outdoor role, you will maintain lawns and planting beds, operate landscaping equipment, and assist with seasonal cleanups and landscape installations. Work alongside a dedicated team, develop practical landscaping skills, and see the results of your work in the community.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns and landscapes at residential and commercial properties through mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and debris cleanup.
• Complete seasonal maintenance, including mulching, bed edging, pruning, and spring and fall leaf removal.
• Operate zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and backpack sprayers safely.
• Install mulch, stone, plants, and sod according to design and quality standards.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, keeping tools, materials, and job sites organized and safe.
• Work with crew members to complete scheduled routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance, including greasing, blade checks, tool cleaning, and fueling.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support snow operations as needed, including shoveling, salting, plowing assistance, and storm response.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with landscaping equipment, materials, and supplies, including safe equipment and tool use.
• Ability to work independently and with a crew to complete daily tasks on schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for extended periods, and perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Compensation

$18.91–$22.00 per hour
