Job summary

Meadowlands Landscaping is hiring a Landscape Team Member to maintain commercial lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces at our Meadowlands location. You will work outdoors, stay active, and receive hands-on training while earning $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Applicants must be able to commute to Houston, PA. Prior landscaping experience is welcome but not required; snow removal is part of winter duties and safety is emphasized on every task.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn landscaping skills via hands‑on training.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather; snow removal in winter.
• Able to lift and move equipment; able to commute to Houston, PA.
• Experience with mowing, edging, pruning, or related tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial landscapes through mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance outdoor spaces.
• Complete seasonal cleanups to keep client properties neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Use landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws, safely.
• Work with team to complete daily tasks, meet client expectations, and maintain safety.
• Participate in snow removal during the winter months.
