Job summary

Responsibilities include directing daily team work, training staff, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with clients to meet expectations with strong organizational skills and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous landscape/lawn care experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driver record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the daily activities of the landscaping team.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Plan and schedule landscaping projects, including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and trimming.
• Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
• Operate and oversee the use of equipment such as mowers, tractors, and clippers.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and address deficiencies.
• Communicate with clients to understand landscaping needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
