Job summary

Green Impact Landscape is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader to supervise a crew on diverse outdoor projects, including planting, pruning, mulching, and irrigation tasks.

You will plan daily work, train team members, inspect work for quality, enforce safety protocols, and communicate with Account Management to ensure client satisfaction. This hands-on role requires reliability and strong leadership in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; landscaping certification is a plus.
• Experience as a landscape crew leader or supervisor.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and safety.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• NALP certification preferred.
• Experience with landscape design and installation preferred.

• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
