Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in landscape installation or related fields.
• Customer service focus and client interaction.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all landscape installation projects, coordinating materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Provide day-to-day scheduling and guidance for branch projects.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Train and develop team members; enforce safety, quality standards, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the crew; interview and hire staff.
• Perform hands-on work with crews as needed and operate hand/power tools.
• Maintain equipment/tools; manage material orders, costs, and deliveries.
• Keep client billing paperwork up to date and accurate.
• Maintain timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules; manage budgets and gross profits on irrigation projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and stakeholders.

Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!**Responsibilities:*** Managing all landscape installation projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work.* Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for the branch’s landscape projects.* Understanding client needs, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service.* Training and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actions.* Ensuring safety protocols are being followed by team members.* Interviewing and hiring team members.* Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed.* Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape installation projects.* Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used.* Ordering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveries.* Ensuring paperwork and reports are accurately updated/completed for client billing.* Maintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules.* Understanding budgets, labor, costs, and gross profits on irrigation installation projects.* Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients* Other relevant job duties as needed.**Requirements:*** Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation, landscape construction or irrigation enhancement services* Commercial landscape installation experience preferred* Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices* Customer service and client-focused* Collaborative and team-focused leader* Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including MS Office* Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check* Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus* Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)* Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day* Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.## Qualifications**About Us**Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
