Qualifications

• Experience in turf management, lawn care, and pest control services.
• One year with Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Drug-free workplace policy adherence required.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors.
• BMP Certification preferred.

• Perform lawn and pest control treatments, including fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicide applications in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular assessments of client lawns to ensure optimal health and appearance.
• Diagnose and address common turf and damaging insect issues, providing solutions tailored to each property’s needs.
• Operate lawn care equipment and machinery, including sprayers, spreaders, and other specialized tools.
• Keep accurate records of treatments, materials used and completed tasks.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to ensure all tools are safe and functional.

Pay range is dependent upon skills & experience. Typical work hours are 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day.
