Mountain View Landscapes, a long-standing landscape company, is seeking an experienced Landscape Special Services Crew Leader. You will oversee crew members, coordinating mulch installation, seasonal plantings, pruning, aeration, and other property care tasks while maintaining safety and quality.

This role offers competitive weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement; winter snow removal duties and on-call shifts with overtime rates are included.

Qualifications

• Professional landscape experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen to obtain a medical DOT card.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of landscape specialists in performing maintenance tasks and special services.
• Coordinate mulch installation, seasonal plantings, and flower beds.
• Oversee pruning, trimming, aerating, and enhanced property care.

Interested candidates should have experience in landscape maintenance Special Services including but not limited to Mulch Installation, Seasonal Plantings and Flower Beds, Expert Pruning and Trimming, Aerating, Enhanced Property Care, Excellent Attention to Detail. Crossover to mowing and general maintenance at times. Our crew leaders should possess strong leadership skills, be energetic, detail orientated & a team player.

Compensation

Hourly Rates are experienced based:

Crew Leader - $20.00 - $25.00 (Previous VerifiableLandscape Crew Leader Experience)

Qualifications

Professional Landscape Experience Preferred

Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen to obtain a medical DOT card.

Valid Driver's License and a clean driving history for a minimum 3 -5 years, and reliable transportation.

Winter snow removalis required for this position during the season break. (On call any day and anytime with 24 hrs. in most situations. Includes an hourly rate increase for winter.
