Ideal candidates have landscape experience, leadership, and a valid driver’s license, with bilingual Spanish preferred. This is a full-time on-site role involving outdoor work and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications required/preferred.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among team and peers.
• Driver's License required in most assignments.
• Attention to detail and strong on-site communication.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred when working with diverse crews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify and elevate customer concerns to Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policy adherence.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
