Job summary

HR Direct USA, LLC is seeking an entry-level Landscape Account Manager in the St. Louis area. You will meet with customers, assess needs, and prepare estimates and proposals while coordinating approved projects with operations and field crews.

You will maintain ongoing customer relationships, follow-up on proposals, and seek opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. Training will be provided to develop skills in estimating, sales, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to support long-term customer partnerships.
• Ability to learn landscaping services, estimating, sales, account management, and project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to evaluate property needs and discuss services and budgets.
• Prepare proposals, service agreements, project scopes, and pricing for customers.
• Coordinate approved work with operations, crews, vendors, and staff to schedule and execute projects.
• Monitor project progress and keep customers informed of status and changes.
