Job summary

C&S Lawn Service and Landscape, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Design professional in Wadsworth, OH to drive landscape installation and design/build projects. The role combines selling with hands‑on design to move opportunities from first contact through handoff to production.

You will develop client relationships, create compelling concepts using CAD/CAM tools, present scope and value, and manage a robust pipeline that supports annual sales goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is the most important qualification.
• A landscape, horticulture, design/build background is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and follow the sales process.
• Ability to qualify opportunities against ICP before estimates.
• Experience with design and selling the work you design.
• Comfort with UVision or CAD/landscape design tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell landscape installation and design/build projects.
• Develop designs and sell the work you design.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and budget.
• Prepare estimates and proposals with company standards.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
